GA/Carolina Solar Lighting has installed over 28,000 skylights in the Southeast since the Fall of 1994. We are fully covered with contractor's liability and workman's compensation insurance. Our installers are our employees and not subcontractors employed by other companies. Therefore, they are held accountable to us and must maintain a high standard of pride and compentency in their work. Fully trained and certified with a professional demeanor, you will be confident that the work done to your home or business exceeds all your expectations.

Some company history.

Dan Russell, President of GA/Carolina Solar Lighting started installing aluminum screen and glass enclosures in 1972 in Florida.

In 1994, Dan begin installing Solatube Tubular Skylights in Greenville, SC, covering South Carolina, parts of North Carolina and Georgia.

In 2004, Georgia Solar Lighting opened full time in the Atlanta Metro area with a showroom in Duluth offering a full line of Solatube products.

In January of 2008, Georgia and Carolina Solar Lighting were combined to become GA/Carolina Solar Lighting by The Sunshine Boys and began offering VELUX® Skylights and SUN TUNNEL™ Tubular Skylights. The Sunshine Boys also offers solar powered attic fans as well as garage ventilation systems to reduce heating costs in your home.

Dan Russell, President of GA/Carolina Solar Lighting by The Sunshine Boys, has appeared on many TV programs demonstrating the installation of tubular skylights. Programs such as HGTV, Mission Organization, PBS-TV's For Your Home and several local news articles and interviews has enabled Mr. Russell and his company to be recognized as a leader in the skylight installation industry.
